What is Storyboading?
Storyboards are visual representations that aid in the the creation process of digital storytelling. Storyboards lay out images in sequential order to create the the flow of the production. They can also include technical aspects and explanations of design.
Creating a storyboard will help you plan your video game out shot by shot. You can make changes to your storyboard before you start animating, instead of changing your mind later. You will also be able to talk about your game and show your storyboard to other people to get feedback on your ideas.
Once a concept or script is written for a video game, the next step is to make a storyboard. A storyboard visually tells the story panel by panel, kind of like a comic book.
