Completing Tasks
Select the task from the list on the left and read the task instructions. From the toolbar at the bottom of the window, select the type of submission required by the task and either enter or upload your work. For a video tutorial of the submission process, visit The WGU Channel. Tasks must be submitted and passed in order.
Evaluation Procedures
Once you complete each task, it is scored by an evaluator according to the following scale:
1 = Unacceptable
2 = Needs Revisions
3 = Meets Standard
4 = Exemplary
In order to pass the task, you must do one of the following:
• Receive a score of 3 in each rubric aspect to pass a task, or
• Receive a 2 on one rubric aspect, and a score of 3 in all of the other rubric aspects.
Please discuss the results of evaluations with your mentor, refer back to your course of study and consult the course mentor before attempting revisions.
Number of Attempts
Submission attempts may be limited in accordance with the provisions of the student handbook. Once the attempt limit has been reached, you will need to demonstrate substantial engagement with designated learning resources and engage with a course mentor before the task will be released for revision and resubmission.
