The work in this section is from ESPY 5195 (Summer 2011). After completing this program, I believe that I can safely say that I have found a new passion - and that passion is the quest to create meaningful professional development experiences for educators. I believe that once teachers experience the power of self-directed learning, in the form of autonomous professional development, they will be more willing and able to replicate that design in their classrooms. Below is a professional development plan that I designed for my school for the upcoming year. 

Here is a link to a Google Document that contains a general plan for a multi-year professional development plan specifically tailored for my school. The plan is written to only show one year, but the idea is that each year builds upon the previous year. The nature of the activity is cyclical.
