Multi-lingual: All our participants speak at least one language other than English.
Multi-cultured: All our participants lived in 3rd world countries before their immigration to the USA.
Work-experienced: All our participants worked in various fields in their home countries.
Diversity: Our participants come from 3rd world countries all over Asia and Africa.
Accessibility: We are located near the Montrose brown line, which gives all our participants the advantage of using the CTA railway on their way to office.
Location: Our location allowed us to have spacious offices, and several class rooms for the participants.
Wider participants database: Being located in Chicago gave us the opportunity to serve a larger number of participants.
Volunteers attraction: Our peaceful neighborhood and its location between the different Chicago universities such as Loyola, Northwestern, and DePaul allowed us to have an extensive staff of volunteers.
Collaborative neighbors: Many of our neighbors help with the different charity drives we hold.
Staff: Our highly trained staff worked in war zones and devastated areas.
Services: We provide different services including education, employment, housing and medical assistance.
Volunteers: We have volunteers and interns who have just started college and others who are working on their MA's and PhD's.
Sponsorship: We have a constant source of income at all times.
Governmental collaboration: We work side by side with the government to help place refugees from all over the world in the right place.
