ICCI Sunday School Mission StatementChildren are the most important asset to the ICCI school district. They serve as the future of Islam in the United States. The goal of the ICCI Sunday school is to provide basic Islamic education. The school's program reflects a commitment of teachers, staff, and administrators to address the needs of each and every student. As parents bring their children to school, we hope to work and engage with them in the spirit of a true partnership in making this investment of time, effort, and resources beneficial for children, satisfying for parents, and rewarding for all those at the school. ICCI serves as the spiritual, religious, and communal needs of area Muslims by means of nurturing their faith, upholding their values, and fostering the wellbeing of the community around it through worship, charity, education, outreach, and civic engagement.
World ViewBeing a religious Sunday school, the ICCI administration and board strive to actively serve and worship God particularly on the basis of actively teaching and raising young children Islamic practices and law. It views the world and community as a means for an individual to learn about their environment, while also fundamentally teaching and spreading Islamic practices to make the world a better place. Therefore, the world is a place for individuals to learn, experiment, engage, and interact while abiding by Islamic beliefs and through that, becoming better Muslims and citizen.
