Please wait...To provide you with the opportunity to reflect on this course, you will be creating an ETC 677 TaskStream Self-Reflection Portfolio. Use the TaskStream Portfolio Builder Tutorial to help you if you are unfamiliar with this feature of TaskStream.
Designing & Organizing Your Self-Reflection Portfolio
Your Self-Reflection Portfolio is a way of providing an online academic presence for each of you and will consist of a variety of pages. Remember that you can edit the page titles in TaskStream to customize your Self-Reflection Portfolio.
However, there are a minimum of 4 web pages that you will need to include:
1. A "Work of which I am proud" page (may be a single page or multiple pages).
As you go through the course you will be producing many products, some of which you will be exceptionally proud. Such products will be showcased on this page. Make sure that you create a link to the document, URL, or other artifact that you've chosen for this page. With each artifact, include a rationale as to why the item was chosen to be placed on this page.
You should select an item (or items) to showcase. Remember that not all items you have created should go in this section, rather, this should be a selection of items which were outstanding in your opinion.
2. A "Work which I found exceptionally challenging" section (may be a single page or multiple pages).
Throughout the course you will be working on on a number of activities and the creation of a number of products. Some as your shared in the previous section will be outstanding, others will be more challenging. On this page you will share some of the latter.
Again, consider what you have created in this class. Share here some of the items which have posed difficulty for you. With each artifact, include a rationale as to why the item was chosen to be placed in this section.
3. A Course Team Page:
This page will provide an overview and brief description of your cooperative group, assigned treatise outlines and the treatise paper and your team's approach to completing this assignment. On this page you should reflect on the the collaborative process; how things went well, how they may have been improved, etc. You should post your collaborative Team Evaluation Report here. In addition, You may also want to provide a link to your Group Paper or other group products if you haven't used them elsewhere.
4. Final Reflection Page:
Your final reflection page should provide an overview of your thoughts of the course. This page you should include a reflection on each aspect of the course in terms of a Distributed Learning Experience. Use your Reflection Journal to help you.
Sharing Your TaskStream Self-Reflection Portfolio.
To make sure everyone has access to your TaskStream Self-Reflection Portfolio, you will need to Publish it and provide the URL to the class.
Use Step 4 Publish/Share once in the building section for your Self-Reflection Portfolio. You can choose for it to be password protected or not. Once you've published it, you will be given a URL. Copy and post that URL to the Self-Reflection URLs Posting Area in the Vista Discussion area. Use the TaskStream Portfolio Builder Help File, should you need more detailed help publishing your TaskStream Self-Reflection Portfolio.
Assignment 10: Team Reflection
* Grade: 3 points
* Group Tasks
* Submission: Dropbox ( One person from your team submits the document.)
Online teamwork often requires more patience and diligence than face-to-face teamwork. To help you (and me) better understand the process, your groups are required to write up a final team report. This is a group project, but each of you in your Treatise Team will receive 3 points for successfully completing this task.
This assignment is different than the Final Reflection you are to post on your 677 Web Portfolio. The Final Reflection is to be done individually and should reflect on the entire 677 course.
For this assignment, and as a group, you should reflect on the Group Treatise Activity experience. Also, only one document needs to be created and it should be written in MS Word (or some other word processor that allows everyone to open the file – i.e. RTF). You may use any role selection or assignment to complete this assignment, but you should select one person to submit it to your instructor as an attachment to an email.
You should consider this report a group reflection on the.
Please include the following items:
* Discuss how well each individual engaged in their assigned treatise roles
* List/Describe Group/Team Successes (what worked really well)
* List/Describe Group/Team Challenges (what was difficult)
* List/Describe Items or Ideas that would improve the Group Treatise Activity
* Other Comments
Assignment 11: Collaborative Evaluation
* Grade: 10 points
* Individual Tasks
* Please follow the link to submit your evaluations.
At the beginning of the semester, your team submitted a collaborative evaluation form. Based on your team's decision, each member should evaluate their teammates' contributions to the work of the team throughout the entire semester. Team members should apply the point allocation that the team decided upon. Your team may change the point allocation at this point. Please use the link below to edit the point allocation. All team members must agree to the newer point allocation. If your team has three team members, you will need to complete one self-evaluation and two peer-evaluations. Fail to complete the collaborative evaluation will result in point deduction.
