Next week is the first week of school.  As an early childhood educator you are required to provide a Classroom Guidance Plan/Classroom Management Plan for each family during the “Getting to Know You” event.  Develop a letter or brochure that states your classroom guidance policy to discuss and handout to family members.  Be certain to tie your policies to research and developmentally appropriate theory.  

Cite your references.
