For rotations 2-4,Core Curriculum in Pediatric Imaging by Marilyn Siegel and Brian Coley is a recommended  e-textbook (see below). In addition please see ancillary teaching websites listed below.

In addition, Pediatric Radiology, a Teaching File by Thapa and Weinberger is highly recommended. 

 Pediatric Sonography by Marilyn Siegel and Neonatal Brain Imaging in Diagnostic Ultrasound by Rosenberg, Amodio and Vishwanathan  are recommended for neonatal brain sonography.
