Complete parts one and two of the Online Student Practicum Manual, which includes any of the items listed in the Modules that support your Practicum Action Plan (PAP). Items could include: Your actual PAP, Midterm Assessment Summary, Creative/Critical Thinking Reflection Form, Weekly logs, and one or two other artifacts that you created while completing your practicum experience. Please remember to explain how these wonderful items meet or exceed the specified standards.

In addition, include the brief Summative Assessment you completed in Week Seven Module Overview of your performance across each profession skill contained in your plan. Be sure to include what you did well toward this plan and those areas in which you still hope to improve. You should also include a list of any specific technology skills you have developed due to the participation in this practicum. Use specific examples that will assist your instructor’s understanding.

To help make your eFolio personable, you should also place your Resume and possible dedication to friends or family in the General Information section of the eFolio. You will find this General Information section at the top listing of your coursework. If you have a digital picture or yourself or family, you might include that as well on this Opening "Home" page.
