Having completed my Masters Degree in Instructional Technology my professional goals are to continue teaching middle school science while integrating technology and developing curriculum that will engage students and develop their 21^st Century skills.  I will continue to develop and present professional development on effective integration of technology for differentiation, digital literacy, and assessment.  I will continue to increase my knowledge of pedagogy and best practices through research, observation, participation in professional development, and collaboration with other professionals.
