Assessment Services is available to assist you in your evaluation needs 7 days a week:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Mountain Time
Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mountain Time
Sundays, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mountain Time *via chat and email*
Each member of the Assessment Services team is ready to assist students and faculty while maintaining WGU’s competency-based model. Assessment Services works with students and faculty in a variety of ways, including the following areas:
• Articulation evaluation questions
• Citation questions
• Apparent evaluation errors
• Feedback clarification
• Information to gain competency
• Originality evaluation questions
• Scoring rules questions
Assessment Services also helps with technology-related questions regarding file formatting, Panopto, and numerous technical issues having to do with submitting in Taskstream.
