When creating your Taskstream account, you have the liberty to choose your username and password. For ease, many users choose to make their username and password for Taskstream the same as their APU login credentials (netID and password). If you have forgotten your username and password, call Taskstream directly at 1-800-311-5656, and select option 2 to speak with a Taskstream representative. 

You may also choose to use the Forget Login? option at the login page, which will allow you to change your password for a new one. You will be asked to provide your Last Name and either your Student ID/ E-mail Address/ Username to create a new password.
