Taskstream Requirements

The table below shows candidates what they need to submit in Taskstream during their 16 weeks of Clinical Practice.

  • Complete the Evaluation by Site request and submit it to your University Mentor for evaluation

  • Complete the Transition Point Evaluation (Stage 3 Initial or #3)

  • Complete the Clinical Practice ePortfolio and submit the link to your University Mentor for evaluation
  • Complete the Dispositions Assessment and submit it to your University Mentor for evaluation

After Clinical Practice

  • Complete the Clinical Practice Survey
  • Complete the Transition Point Evaluation (Stage 3 Final or #4)
  • Complete the Clinical Practice Survey

    Directions on how to get to a student's evaluation grid. Directions on how to complete the Quan/Qual Eval (Master Teacher) and the Master Teacher/Candidates Signature items in Clinical Practice.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Is there a way to view what work my mentee has completed in Taskstream so far?
    • Yes.  Follow the directions in the tutorial called How to View a Candidate's Evaluation Grid (see below). 
  • How do candidates turn in reflections to me? 
    • Reflections can be turned in to you electronically (emailing a document) or hard copy.  You are free to give feedback either way as well.  It is the candidate's responsibility to upload the reflections and feedback in the program DRF (electronic or scanned hard copy).  If scanning is an issue, there is a smart phone app called "TurboScan" that allows their phone to become a scanner.  Please remind your candidates to wait until all reflections for the term are uploaded before submitting them officially in Taskstream to you for final evaluation. 
  • Who is responsible to upload the mentor observations in Taskstream?
    • It is the candidate's responsibility to upload all mentor observations in the program DRF.  Please give a completed copy of the form (electronic or hard copy) to the candidate after each observation.  Lastly, remind your candidates to wait until all observations for the term are uploaded before submitting them officially in Taskstream to you for final evaluation.
