Students: Review and complete the requirements on the Student Checklist. Submit completed clinical requirements to your clinical faculty.

Clinical Faculty: All SON instructors coming to the PVAMC and/or its community based clinics as the supervising instructor must be cleared through a process called VetPro prior to beginning their supervision at PVAMC facilities. This is a one-time clearance process which may take several weeks to complete. NOTE: Faculty application forms must be received in the PVAMC Education Office 2-3 months prior to the first day of the clinical rotation. Review and complete the requirements on the Faculty Checklist. 

Important: All completed student application packets must be received by the PVAMC Education Department's OAA Technician a minimum of 6 weeks prior to clinical start date.
