Areas to consider:

• I would consider removing the pre-scripted task stream artifact information that is on each page; perhaps it remains as a reminder of what information goes on the page and why.

Strong points:  

• The lesson plan artifacts are very well written and highly indicative of the Educator that Miss Yoo is becoming. 
• The detail and organization evidenced in her written reflections and annotations present evidence of the purposeful reflective process of self evaluation which is critical in the field of education.  

Constructive suggestions:

• Perhaps in the future include more photo documentation with you actively engaging with children.  Miss Yoo's resume is evidence of her strong moral character, this character is evidenced within her electronic portfolio and the artifacts presented for review.
