Standard 5.1 Professional growth, reflection, and evaluation

This artifact represents purposeful reflection based on professional behavior and child development.  I chose this to represent standard 5.1 because it demonstrates my ability to objectively observe and evaluate myself and others. This artifact demonstrates my ability to evaluate my own beliefs and set goals for my future learning community.
