Individualized Case Study (signature piece):  Students will be asked to write a comprehensive career counseling case study.  The case study will consist of a variety of information including:  results of self-report of abilities, interest inventory, Values, life-styles concerns as well as additional information on the client's past experiences, family development, etc.  The case study should be 3-4 pages in length and should incorporate how you would treat this client according to the theories and practices learned in the class.

This piece will reflect that the student understands the CACREP and the ASCA standards and how they are both incorporated in their learning.

Preview the rubric before attaching your artifacts to ensure that you are meeting the assessment criteria. Attach your artifacts by selecting *Attachments* from the Add (content area). After you have added all artifacts, *Submit Requirement. *Select your Evaluator (Instructor). *Submit for Evaluation*.

After evaluation is complete, select *Scores/Results* to view your artifacts and evaluation.
