Management Style

The following attachment is a model of my perceived management style.  Our class took a survey Teacher Talk, and learned what our management style was most like; Authoritarian, Authoritative, Laissez-Faire, or Indifferent.  There are brief definitions about each of these styles and an arrow in the middle of the two styles that my results showed I fit into.  Below the model will be my reaction to the results.
