Philosophy

The following is my philosophy of classroom management and relationships in the classroom.  It addresses the importance of being prepared, proactive, supportive, and successful in communication with parents.  It takes a lot of effort to be a well-prepared teacher, however with the knowledge I have built into my essay, being prepared should be less daunting!
