The student and supervisor have agreed to common goals, and in accordance with the decision will accomplish the agreed upon tasks. The student and supervisor understand that the minimum requirement is twelve hours per quarter, and twenty-four hours must be completed before the end of the semester.
Both the supervisor and the student understand that the student will not pass the Social Justice class if these community service hours are not fulfilled.
