Teaching is a complicated and sometimes overwhelming task. There are programs and strategies, however, which are given to teachers with the intent to ease the challenge of controlling a class of twenty students or more. Some of these approaches are mastery learning, experimental learning, bilingual education, the theory of multiple intelligences, and corporative learning. I further studied the theory of bilingual education, which is the process of teaching students of linguistically diverse societies in two separate languages. Attached is a link to a brochure I created describing bilingual education in more detail.
