1. An ANNOTATION is required for each Media Project. The Annotation answers the following questions.

a) Creators/Authors of the Media Project.

Heidi Bennett

b) Identified Grade Level(s)

Fourth Grade

c) Subject matter: Does integration of subject matters take place? What is (are) the subject matter(s)?

Yes integration of subject matter takes place because, I combine maps and my voice to tell them a description of the continents and surronding oceans.

d) List one or two goals/objectives for this project.

The goal of this project is for students' to have a visual, and auditory lesson on the world map, and learn the placement of each of them. Another goal is to have them see different types of maps to prtray one topic.

e) In what ways do you foresee could this project facilitate kids learning in your classroom? Will this media project encourage use of problem solving skills by the learner? If so, in what ways?

This project is an important example of ways students' can illustrate what they learned from a lesson. I could have them do a puzzle online after the lesson, and they would need to label each of the continets on a black world map. It helps them use problem solving skills because they will need to try to remember what they had just visualized and then put it on paper.

f) The link to the product (s) (eg. the URL for VoiceThread or the URL for iMovie on YouTube) if any.
