AthletiCo Physical Therapy

This is an eportfolio discussing my internship with AthletiCo Physical Therapy as a rehabilitation aide. I have been working at AthletiCo since January 2017, however this portfolio will focus on my progress as a leader in my position throughout the spring semester of 2018. AthletiCo is an outpatient rehabilitation clinic that strives to help patients back to their healthiest selves. As a rehabilitation aide my responsibility is to lead patients through their prescribed physical therapy exercises and work closely with the patient and their physical therapist to deliver the best possible patient care.
