Clinical Experiences

The counseling program has three clinical experience courses: CLMH Practicum, CLMH Internship, and CLMH School Practicum (for those seeking the additional school counseling certification). In these courses, students will be working in the counseling fields under supervision by site and university supervisors.

  • COUN 6043 - Graduate Internship (600 hours)

Clinical experiences are documented through the use of time logs.  Time Logs are submitted, approved, and recorded in the TK20 system.

For students choosing the CLMH degree with school counseling concentration, the additional clinical experience course is required.
