"As one of the youngest staff members within the Immigrant Survivors Project at Catholic Charities, Kathryn Russell has exemplified leadership through her work in and out of the office. Inspired by her faith and the Jesuit commitment to service, Kathryn has lived by the Ignatian quote, “Actions speak louder than words”. While she is only 25 years young, Kathryn has taken it upon herself to be a servant leader- one who puts the needs of others first in order to best serve the community."
