There is no food for purchase available within the venue. There are cold drink vending machines as well as cold drinks sold in the Museum Store. Plan to bring a bag lunch and picnic in Hancock Park surrounding the museum. There are a very limited number of picnic tables, therefore plan to sit on the grass.
There are no lockers available. Photography (hand-held still or video cameras) is permitted. Restrooms are located inside the museum as well as outside in the park. Wheelchair accessible.
Dress comfortably. If planning a picnic lunch on the grass, dress appropriately and bring towels to sit on.
The atrium is not available to school groups of any size. Food and beverages are not permitted inside the museum. There are no storage areas for bag lunches. They must be left on the bus. You may picnic in the park surrounding the museum. You are responsible for cleaning up after your group.
Do not be late for your reserved time slot. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early. Groups are not permitted to enter the museum early due to size of the lobby.
