Student Teaching

Prospective Student Teachers
School of Education students expecting to student teach in the Fall 2011 or Spring 2012 must complete the documents listed below. Copies of the Application, Belief Statement and resume should be hand delivered to Field Placement Office (Memorial 111C or Memorial 116) by February 1st.

  1. Student Teaching Application (PDF)
  2. 2 copies of the Belief Statement (PDF)
  3. Two copies of your resume.
  4. Submit your official PRAXIS scores.
