The Teacher Cadet curriculum is clearly developed by the state and adapted to the Mount Vernon classroom.  The program meets all of the state tasks and competencies.  The Pacng Guide was developed at Mount Vernon to  meet the needs of both students and teachers.

The Teacher Cadet inventory is up-to-date,

There is no program handbook, but all policies and procedures are stated in the syllabus.  The teacher keeps a class notebook of all assignments to keep students organized and provide a ready reference.  In addition, all assignmnets are posted on Blackboard by date assigned and date due.
