Biographical Essay

     I am an Instructional Designer/Instructional Systems Designer as well as the owner LET Case Consulting.  At LET Case Consulting, we provide everything our customers need to meet all their learning needs.  My employees and I are skilled in providing instructional materials using a variety of platforms as well as analyzing and evaluating learning needs.  We are comfortable with following the ADDIE model of design as well as many other models.  We believe in using the model that best fits the client.

     On a more personal level, I completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Masters in Instructional Design and Technology with a focus in Online Learning.  I have earned a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in eLearning Instructional Design.  Outside of my continued education and work, I spend time with my family and volunteer in community organizations.  I am on the Bloomingdale Area Historical Association board, the Bloomingdale Schools Band Booster board, the Bloomingdale Scout Troop committee, and am the committee chair for the Bloomingdale Cub Scout committee.   I participate with the Bloomingdale Economical Improvement Club.  I have a wonderful husband and four beautiful children.

     I believe in finding the best balance between personal growth, family time, and community involvement.  I consider my business a very personal aspect of my life and balance it as personal growth.
