This May I will be travelling to Yellowstone National Park (YNP), which is famous for its Old Faithful geyser and living bison. I will be participating in the LU@YNP program, exploring the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem (GYE), and searching for wolves, bears, and other wildlife. Through the LU@YNP program, I will be completing two courses: GNED 400 (Exploring Public Issues through Writing) and GNED 261 (Exploring Science in our World). Through these courses, I will explore stewardship issues of our public lands and learn about the ecology and geology of the park.
