Freshman Football - South County - Fall 2009

• Learned techniques and executed them on the field 

JV Football - South County - Fall 2010

• Learned more intense techniques, plays & stategies
• Executed plays on the field, and team went undefeated

West End Rugby – SYC – Spring, 2011-Present

• Learned team work skills and how to communicate during games

Wounded Warriors – Wintergreen Ski Resort – Winter 2010 & 2011

• Assisted wounded soldiers in skiing down the slopes
• Assisted in the preparation of meals for the soldiers and their families after a long day of assisting them on the slopes

Stallions for Service Men - South County – 2011- 2012, 2013

• Crafted baskets of food, personal hygiene products, and toiletries to send to soldiers
• Collected monetary donations 
• Raised awareness in school

Christ Church – Springfield – Winter, 2010

• Participated in preparing meal bags for homeless families
• Delivered meals personally to homeless families and individuals

RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE

Grounds & Maintenance Technician • Cardinal Forest Condominium • Springfield, VA

• Used strength and stamina to cut down fallen trees and remove by hand
• Re-built fences that had decayed or been damaged
• Repaired leaks in homes and replaced dry wall
• Worked on installing drainage systems around buildings
• Watered plant material throughout the community
