Loyola University Chicago – Residence Life

luc res life.jpg

I worked as a desk receptionist for Loyola University Chicago in the department of Residence Life during Fall 2012 to Spring 2013.

I joined a 10-person team that focused on maintaining the safety of university residents. My main delegations were to:

     ·    Monitor traffic of students and guests

     ·    Provide clerical support to hall staff by maintaining files, creating documents,
assisting with data entry and answering the telephone

     ·    Administer temporary keys and proxy cards for lock out procedures

     ·    Serve as a positive role model for all students on and off campus

     ·    Respond to emergency and non-emergency situations by contacting appropriate
          support resources if necessary
