Reading Notes

Students use readings and placards to understand slavery

This was an in class assignment in which students compared and matched 8 placards, 8 quotes, and  8 readings about the slave experience. Students created 8 mini drawings with 4 simple symbols in each about what they read.  Students worked with partners in this assignment.
