Context:

This website was created for my GS 4401 class under the instruction of Jeff Goodman during block II in the fall of 2007. The purpose of this website was to have a list of a few resources that can help with the teaching of matter for teachers, students and parents. 

Impact:

Students, teachers and parents alike can explore these websites to help understand matter concepts.  These websites contain helpful resources that encourage the exploration of matter and provide real-life applications.  These websites also require students to use technology while searching matter concepts.

Alignment:

I met NC DPI standard 3 indicator 2 by have background knowledge about matter using the webpages attached below.  As a teacher I can use these websites as a resource or as homework help for students. These websites helped me further understand the concepts of matter and how it can be applied in daily life.
