Educational Psychology has better prepared me for the professional knowledge portion of the Arizona Educator Proficiency Assessment.  I have gained knowledge about learning theories, motivation, and learner characteristics.  By completing group activities and class assigments, I have better come to understand how to integrate educational psychology into the classroom.  By comprehending how children think and act, can help me discover ways to encourage my students' cognitive development.
