If you are serving as a CF reviewer for the program assessment audit, please refer to the "Instructions for Response to Program Reports" included in this section. As an overview, all responses to Program Assessment Reports (PAR) should be assumed to be written from the perspective of someone from outside the intellectual field or discipline. These reviews should not be intended or interpreted as driven by “expert knowledge” about the particular field or discipline represented in the report, but rather as collegial perspectives and questions meant to inform the assessment process.
As a reviewer you should read the Program Assessment Report (it may be in the form of a document uploaded in the “General Information” section of the program space in TaskStream or it may be the Annual Assessment Cycle for 2013-2014 built in the AMS program space) and complete the feedback form. Completed feedback forms will be made available to program faculty and administrators in the General Information section of the program space in TaskStream AMS.
As you read, complete the feedback form:
In noting questions, for example, for the program mission you might respond with something like, “I can easily understand the purpose of your program from your mission statement, my question would be, who are your stakeholders? How are their perspectives represented in the mission statement?” Your entire response to a report should be no longer than a single-spaced page.
