Teaching Philosophy/Motto

I believe that every person has value that can benefit themselves and the community in which they live provided they are able to identify it and share it with others.  I believe it is a tragedy any time this value goes unnoticed by an individual.  When a person is able to identify what makes them special, what they are passionate about and are given the tools to share this passion with society, I believe they get as close to self actualization as is possible.
