Economics

Economics (Grade 11-12) 1/2 Credit

Prerequisite: American Century

This social studies class is a one-semester survey course that provides an introduction to the discipline of economics. Major topics of study include; the fundamental concepts of economics, elements of micro and macroeconomics, including the study of the different types of economic systems, and the price system, as well as the role of the government, international economics, and personal finance.
