AP Macroeconomics

AP Macroeconomics (Grade 11-12) 1/2 Credit

Prerequisite: Honors American Century or AP US

The Advanced Placement offering in Economics will emphasize macroeconomics concepts.  Students will study the principles of economics as they apply to a total economic system.  The course places particular emphasis on national income, price determination, measurement of economic performance, economic growth, and international economics.  The A.P. test is also a requirement for this course.  Students will be expected to purchase supplemental materials.
