Carrie B. Hicks has  been with  Orange  City Schools since 1998. My teaching and related experience include: Science Department Chair, and Science Educator for Honors Biology, Biology and Physical Science.
 
Previous School Experience
Substituted for 1 and 1/2 years : Laurel School, Cleveland Metropolitan School District, Cleveland Heights/University Heights School District,and South Euclid /Lyndhurst City Schools 
 
Prior to my employment at Orange City Schools, I worked for 20 years as a Medical Technologist in all areas of the medical laboratory. Some of which included Chemistry, Hematology, Phlebotomy,  Serology, Mycology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology. I also served as Education Coordinator of the  Medical Laboratory  for 6 years at St. Lukes Hospital.
