Standard #10: I completed this activity for an assessment course I took at GSC. This paper discusses online resources teachers can utilize to communicate and collaborate within a national teaching community. Some of the resources highlighted within this paper include; "Join Me", "Synchtube", "EtherPad", "Google Calendar", and "Teachers pay Teachers". Collaboration and communication among teachers allows for personal and professional growth within the realm of education.

Standard #10: I created this Para Educator Handbook for my Roles and Responsibilities of a Case Manager course. The handbook includes sections on the responsibilities of a para-educator, a code of ethics of a para-educator, and detailed daily plans. I currently work as case manage. This handbook has assisted me with my leadership responsibilities. I am able to provide the para educators that I work with a consistent set of expectations and guidelines.
