Zoology;  Graduate of Brigham Young University, B.A. Youth Acculturation; Head Instructor, BYU, Twenty-Eight Day, Outdoor Survival Program;  BYU, M.A.  Outdoor Education; BYU Faculty, Department of Youth Leadership; Instructor of Wilderness Encounter Programs: Boise State University & Snow College. Publications: Thesis, “A Handbook of Instructions For The BYU Twenty-Eight Day Outdoor Survival Program,” “ Reflections of Timpanogos,”  “To Be Accepted by the Land” (Ensign Magazine), “A Hand Full of Rice,” (Ensign Magazine), “A Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Recreation Program and Facilities of St. George, Utah”;  Woodbadge staff,  advanced EMT, commissioned officer,  Utah National Guard, currently teaching math & sports medicine at the Central Utah Correctional Facility.
