Coming Together

The interracial population is growing, it would only be logical for the schools to accommodate the inter-racial children. This can be achieved by overcoming societal myths, developing biracial identity, training teachers on biracial topics, and changing the curriculum, materials, and school activities to fit all cultures. We live in a society now that is growing in many directions. Many schools are Americanizing its children and these children are losing their heritages and cultures. Schools need to embrace and celebrate each and every culture to lower the discrimination among students for the future.
