Context
During the spring semester of 2007, this professional portfolio was made using the Commerical webpage, Taskstream to begin satisfying my requirements for the Reich College of Education at Appalachian State University. Throughout my block semester, I have begun making folders for each of my classes and uploaded a variety of assignments including an iMovie, a Story Pictures Assignment, a professional newsletter, a Classroom Webpage, a Math Lesson Plan, and Case Studies for students within Diversity and Mathematics.
Thoughout the semester, I have had the guidance from my CI 3850 instructor, Jeff Goodman.
Impact on Student Learning
As I continue my education through Student Teaching, I will maintain my professional portfolio. During my semester where I will be Student Teaching, I will provide my classroom cooperating teacher who I'll be working with, my advisor, and my Student Teaching supervisor, access to my Professional Portfolio. As I continue to finish my professional portfolio, I will continue to gather and place new artifacts to make sure I have met all Elementary Education standards for the state of North Carolina.

This artifact has been completed by correctly demonstating how to use technology. I have shown competency by demonstrating introductory knowledge and understanding of basic techonolgy skills by creating my professional portfolio through the use of the program, Taskstream. I will have met all North Carolina Standards by the time I finish Student Teaching.
