Description: This internship experience was with InVision Communications, an experiential marketing and event services company. I worked with InVision for four months during my final semester of university studies. A majority of my tasks revolved around assisting the accounts and digital strategy team. I conducted multiple research campaings to identify new business, propsect information and create competitive analyses. I was able to attend an event with over 3,000 attendees in October 2015 to assist with troubleshooting and event application inquiries from attendees.

Reflection: For a long time I have found an interest in events, particularly large corporate events. This internship experience was a great look into what agencies can do for clients. InVision works with many large companies nationally that host huge national sales meetings and more. It was interesting to work with the accounts team and learn strategies for identifying new business. Overall, the team was fantastic and I hope to re-enter this industry at some point in my career.
