This essay serves as an analysis of issue of obesity and the identification of the behavioral theories, (the Health Belief Model and the Transtheoretical Model) and their application to the etiology of the problem and potential intervention strategies.
This assignment includes the generation of a table to explain the different types of social/behavioral theories and their basic elements and applications.
This essay implemented the design of a specific intervention strategy based on a theory of choice (Transtheoretical Model) to increase physical activity and combat obesity among young adults.
