This course examined the practice of public health and the roles of those professionals within the workforce through different evaluations regarding the implementation, planning, and evaluations of different existing public health programs.
This assignment involved using evidence-based resources to propose an intervention that addressed the population at risk for and the issue of colorectal cancer in New Hanover county, North Carolina.
This assignment includes a description of the intervention proposed to high blood pressure and how the success of the proposal, regarding increased knowledge of the issue, will be measured.
This assignment involved creating a logic model and identifying the components in addressing high blood pressure in the New Hanover county, North Carolina community.
This essay allowed us to communicate with a community agency, Port City Urgent Care and Family Practice, via interviews, and understand what problems they see in the community in addition to what problems could be addressed to help the agency do better.
