At the beginning of the fall semester, computers frightened me to the highest degree. However, after taking PowerPoint, computers have now become a wonderful resource that will be useful to me in the teaching profession. During the semester I was able to complete six lessons on PowerPoint, and two projects. The first project was a group project in which we were to make about a sixteen-minute presentation on a topic. My group had the topic of social promotion, and this PowerPoint project allowed us to present in an efficient manner. The second PowerPoint project I performed was on my research paper, The AIMS test. I was able to design, and create my own presentation with the help of technology. Having computer skills is important to have, and will be beneficial to me now, and later in my lifetime.
