This activity allows students to critically think about Geometry. After completing the activity, students will know what and how the Pythagorean Theroem works. This activity is best for sixth graders, but can be adapted for fourth and fifth graders. Below are attatchments that give the specific directions and the actual puzzle pieces. To demonstrate in class, teachers can make an overhead of the puzzle pieces. Allow this activity to take at least a half hour.
