- Began the Athletics program with the purpose of bringing students and faculty together and foster department camaraderie

- Coordinated intramural teams for soccer and basketball and recruited participants

- Led Team Discipline & Punish to its best intramural basketball season finish in four years

- Started a department-wide Community Service Initiative

- Partnered with a local community organization to bring student and faculty volunteers to serve meals in their community kitchen

- Led fundraising efforts in the department for organization's winter drive, collecting the second-highest amount 

- Donated over 250 books to the organization through a month-long book drive

- Coordinated canned food drive
